We are happy to announce the 36th Gilroy Garlic Festival this weekend, July 25th to 27th! The Gilroy Garlic Festival is the world's ultimate summer food fair, featuring three full days of great garlicky food, live entertainment, cooking contests, arts & crafts, and fun for the whole family. The heart of the Gilroy Garlic Festival is the world-famous Gourmet Alley. In this gigantic outdoor kitchen, the "Pyro Chefs" put on a spectacular flame-up show while preparing garlic-laced calamari and scampi in huge iron skillets. Meanwhile, hundreds of volunteers prepare other Gourmet Alley favorites, including pepper steak sandwiches, pasta con pesto, stuffed mushrooms, and sausage sandwiches, as well as garlic fries and garlic bread. General Admission: $20.00
