Biden's speech started at 8 p.m. at the Flint Center. Joe was a surprise visitor much to all our delight!@JoeBiden ‪@DrBiden‬ ‪@Foothillnews‬. Dr. Biden is a full-time English professor at a community college in Northern Virginia, and with President Obama focused on the importance of community colleges to the nation.
