- Morgan Rees posted to the statusThe Bay Area (San Francisco to San Jose) is all excited since it is raining. Yes it did rain a bit in December however we are in the middle of a 3-year drought. It didn’t rain a drop for the entire month of January, so now we can celebrate, hope it pours. Growing up in South Florida where it rained every single day at 4:00 pm I never ever thought I would want to see rain again: "Absence makes the heart go fonder” Washed down the cars with a soapy sponge and let the rains wash it off.
