The Bay Area (San Francisco to San Jose) is all excited since it is raining. Yes it did rain a bit in December however we are in the middle of a 3-year drought. It didn’t rain a drop for the entire month of January, so now we can celebrate, hope it pours. Growing up in South Florida where it rained every single day at 4:00 pm I never ever thought I would want to see rain again: "Absence makes the heart go fonder” Washed down the cars with a soapy sponge and let the rains wash it off.

There are lawsuits accusing some NFL teams of underpaying cheerleaders and to compound matters the NFL has found 11 of the 12 football used by the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game against the Indianapolis Colts were under-inflated (Better know as "Inflategate") by two pounds each. Bill Belichick, Patriots Coach was also involved in “Spygate” and the New England Patriots were disciplined by the league for videotaping New York Jets' defensive coaches' signals during a September 9, 2007 game from a sideline location.
