Had a really good time at the 44th Annual Mountain View Art & Wine Festival. Talked to dozen of talented Artisans. Everyone one was in a good mood. Lot’s of interest in what we are doing.

If you are ever in downtown Mountain View, CA or attending the Mt. View Art Festival and you are hungry may I recommend you visit the Crepevine restaurant on Castro Ave. Good food, good portions at a good price.

Yesterday two Comcast repairmen came to my house to fix our dead phone. Hanging off of their utility belts were all of the test gear, test phones, clips, measuring stuff etc. They looked like they were heading to Afghanistan. What do they do? They called Comcast technical support on the telephone. That is exactly what I did yesterday and yes the phone technical support rectified the problem. The two Comcast repairmen’s value-add was zero. On Sunday I installed our new Modem/Router and Comcast invoiced me $50 for installation. I 100% installed it! Comcast wonders why everyone dislikes them, they earned it. ReBranding from Comcast to Xfinity will not help. They have earned our dislike for them.
