Jill Biden closed the 50th Foothill College Celebrity Forum with a very personal and moving talk including ‪@College_Promise‬. The forum is part of the college's celebrity forum speakers series. Biden's speech started at 8 p.m. at the Flint Center. Joe was a surprise visitor much to all our delight!@JoeBiden ‪@DrBiden‬ ‪@Foothillnews‬. Dr. Biden is a full-time English professor at a community college in Northern Virginia, and with President Obama focused on the importance of community colleges to the nation.
