- Lois Cozens posted to the statusFrom the beaches of Florida to the mountains of Utah, my life continues to unfold and change like the seasons I have come to anticipate here in this high mountain valley. Summer comes to its close, and ahead lie the crisp days, cool nights, and undeniable promise of a warm Indian Summer. And as I relax in my beach chair behind my house on my very own sandy beach, (yes, I made a beach complete with sea grass a fire pit and a hot tub) I still feel the same sun warm my face as it did on the beach in South Florida. A chapter in my life has ended and a new one has begun. Time moves on. A canyon breeze drifts over my skin, and life is good.
